Window Bar Art

Living in the city, window bars are a part of everyday life.  Even my 3rd floor apartment has bars on the windows that overlook the firescape.  No its not pretty but its the city so what can you expect.  

I never imagined you could do anything with window bars until I saw this picture on Apartment Therapy.  Seriously how creative.  My mind is aswirl with the possibilities of what beautiful designs you could make!  Window bars no longer have to be such an eye sore.  

I started to search around and see what other creative window bars were out there.  I found some more ideas here, here, and here.  Now if only I knew the art of working with serious metal!
